at home using basic lights


Here is the final selection of options for my final 10

Shortlist for final 10 Portraits

I have took quite a few portraits now
and here is the shortlist for my final 10

I had my 2nd photo shoot with the other class mates

we had two models , one at 9am and one at 11 am

I planed to try and capture a moment of beauty

Manly head and shoulder shots

Equiment used was the

I used the Studio Canon 5D & 24-105 lens, Bowens lights

For the first model i used

the studio tripod

The lighting used was with 3 lights starting with one and

working up to all 3

like in the video below

The lighting set up was the classic 3 way lights

starting with one light at the front

Then adding a reflector on the side

Then a hair light from be hide

and the final light was used to light up the background

to separate the model from the background

Conclusion

I was happy with allot of the shots when i shot handheld

 i felt i got better shots with being more free with movement
